DELIVERY BAGS
When you become a pick up and delivery customer, Classic Deluxe Cleaners, Inc. will provide you with laundry bags. Simply leave your bag out on the morning of your scheduled day at your designated area. Your driver will automatically come to your home or business and pick it up. If you have any special instructions, please leave a note in the bag. Once the clothes come to our facility, they will be invoiced, cleaned, pressed, inspected for quality, packaged and returned to you the next delivery.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES
We come to your home or place of business twice a week for your convenience. Our turnaround time is three business days. Depending on your location, your service days would be Monday/Thursday, Tuesday/Friday or Wednesday/Saturday. If you forget to leave your bag out, please call us or you can drop it off at our facility.

DELIVERY LOCATION
You will tell us where you would like your clothes to be picked up from (garage, side door, or porch). Also, we will put up a decorated hook for you to hang your clothes if you would like.

PAYMENTS
The best part of the service is that you do not need to be home to worry about where your clothes will be or how to pay for them. We provide monthly billing or you can automatically pay your bill with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express for your convenience.
